Question: what vitamins do you recommend I incorporate to my health. Iโ€™ve never been a vitamin person so I have heard that itโ€™s Great to add once starting workouts etc. Open to learn.

Also does anyone remember the calorie intake math method that Fabiana has discussed in the past. Something along the linesโ€ฆ based on your current weight and multiply/divide by a #. Iโ€™m currently 140lbs and Iโ€™m 5โ€™2.
