Question: what vitamins do you recommend I incorporate to my health. Iโve never been a vitamin person so I have heard that itโs Great to add once starting workouts etc. Open to learn.
Also does anyone remember the calorie intake math method that Fabiana has discussed in the past. Something along the linesโฆ based on your current weight and multiply/divide by a #. Iโm currently 140lbs and Iโm 5โ2.
