Just started the 4 week challenge of express fit and thick... Week 1 Day 2!!! Besides the Live work outs which I LOVE!!! this 4 week challenge really is structure to have me on a daily workout plan and rest. Love Queen Warriors. Everyday we have a choice to meet our goals and finesse our temples. God bless y'all!! Excited to see the end result ❤️
