24 hour detox in progress!

I made a Walmart grocery order last night for all the stuff I needed and saw this cute bottle (which I needed for the half gallon!) so I snagged that too 🥰
Feelin great so far! Bout to have the salad and smoothie in 25 mins!
Anyone else doing the 24 hour detox?

Just curious, what exactly were you expecting? And like the other ladies said, you can definitely access the videos and other things in here on a computer or download the app on Roku if you have a Roku tv or Roku stick.

Also if you haven’t already, check out the fb group for more interaction there.

Once you get your workouts in and actually see what this platform can do, I think you’ll feel a bit different after that :)
