Another great workout in the books 🔥

Tonight I did legs and tagged on day 2 of Fab Abs! Burnt 428 calories total and feelin sooooo good!

Hey yall the detox went really well! I couldn’t believe it. The next morning I was 4lbs lighter and the bloat was EXTREMELY down! I know it’s not about the weight loss but that was definitely a plus!

I recommend everyone to do it at least once to see how it works for you!
