So outside of post protein powder, preworkout (either stim or non stim) and BCAAs, Iβm taking 2 a day multivitamins from GNC that I donβt really care for but I bought a while ago 90 and canβt return lol, Omega fish oil, CLA, supergreens and reds, fiber powder, aloe, magnesium powder, collagen powder, along with some other powders to put in my supergreens like a mushroom blend, and MCT oil powder in my decaf coffee some mornings.
I used to take creatine but I stopped months ago. I take glutamine powder sometimes in my shake if Iβm REALLY sore.
Ok thatβs a good idea of what I use lol π
