Team Replay ! This workout was a power hiit alright! I was left Sweating!!! Saving to favorites to repeat just because I was a lil unbalanced today.

I’ve heard it’s best practice to do power(strength) first before a hiitt(cardio) . I’ve been doing a strength first because I’ve noticed if I do cardio first I’m a lil more worn out .

Coach Nay now I have a question on heart rate zones .Good , bad? I did felt good though because of the breaks we had in between.

Feeling a lil sloppy lately. Waking up late , doing my workout at my non- usual times, not drinking enough water. Also, not making enough for meal prep and had a lil too much on my cheat day and totally regretting it. Pushing through though. Biggest win of the day completed my 1hr HIIT workout late but getting it ✔️ done.
