Umm confession so I just pulled my calf 😫and don’t know how long I’m going to be out leg wise for not sure how long . I was think maybe I can continue workouts for the challange with arms only upper body? #teamYvona still going to be following guide ! 😅

Couple things that has helped me for sorenes pain is definitely continuing to move for example : walking, stretching. Using foam roll , massage guns are so awesome too!

But definitely listen to tour body , not sure what kind of pain your feeling but, if your pain level is severe then maybe check with your doctor make sure didn’t hurt anything 😅

The motivation will not always be there but get inspired.Remember why you started, know where you’re going . Not every day is 🌈 and 🦋 but push through . I put on motivation podcasts , follow QW coaches and queens here ,that helps. You’re not alone . It’s a mindset, whatever you tell yourself is what’s going to happen. Reasses and pivot if you need to. You got this queen! Bring out you inner warrior on those rough days she will tell you not to give up!
