I want to know about those little activities throughout the day that made all the difference. Also, how do we know when body is inflamed and like what to look out for ? how different did it feel after incorporating better nutrients to body, what kind of nutrients ? ๐Ÿ˜ƒ is there specific foods to target something specific or helps overall body?

Feeling a lil sloppy lately. Waking up late , doing my workout at my non- usual times, not drinking enough water. Also, not making enough for meal prep and had a lil too much on my cheat day and totally regretting it. Pushing through though. Biggest win of the day completed my 1hr HIIT workout late but getting it โœ”๏ธ done.
