Honestly, I told myself F THE SCALE, F PICS, F RULES, and to just show up 4x a week with basically no expectations. 🤪 Sounds crazy but it works. I personally understood what exercising did for my mental, my hormones, and over all well being. So deciding to focus on that instead of all the other stuff helps me. As I see my body change I appreciate every small change. Why? Because I didnt expect anything. All the changes I see are a bonus. My body has changed greatly and I think taking the pressure off helped a lot.

Hey Queens 🙋🏽‍♀️. I’m here!! This week started off rough. AF ass showed up with a vengeance so I didn’t workout mom or Tues. Didn’t want to today but I didn’t let AF hatin ass take me down a sloppy slope. So!!! Knocked it out. Not too happy tho 😝
