I think I need personal coaching 😞. I’ve plateaued and things are going UP vs down. This weight loss journey is a real roller coaster.

This may be a odd question but it’s worth a shot lol. I need to grow hips 😕. I have none. HELP!!
Question: Are there workouts that help spread you out?? I don’t know if it’s a thing but as I lose weight I feel like I look hella square 🫣because these hips just ain’t hippin’
