I love this. This is what consistency and putting in WORK looks like. To think I got discouraged when thing weren’t going as planned and spent 3 weeks in my feelings. When I could have been 3 weeks closer to my goal vs in the same damn place. Needed to see this. THANK you, Queen and GREAT JOB!!!

This may be a odd question but it’s worth a shot lol. I need to grow hips 😕. I have none. HELP!!
Question: Are there workouts that help spread you out?? I don’t know if it’s a thing but as I lose weight I feel like I look hella square 🫣because these hips just ain’t hippin’

Hey Queens. Took a week off due to this 43 year old BACK 😩😫. However, I’m good today. Knocked out a 30 min workout and I’ll take a 45 min walk tonight. I have some making up to do lol.

Knocked it out once again. I LOVE THIS APP AND COMMUNITY!!

Mindset: If I can’t knock out a 30 minute workout 3X a week then I need help!! Period.
