Yes this one is wonderful! I started doing yoga June 19th and I am loving it. I am glad Aimee brought yoga to the Queen Warrior app. I hope it continues! Namaste! 🧘‍♀️

I feel ya! Last Monday I had so much energy when I workout then the rest of the week just dropped drastically. I didn’t start my period until Friday but I pushed through. Once you start it’s motivating and you feel like a total bad a$$! Just don’t over exert yourself and do what you can. ❤️
