I have been putting work before everything the past few weeks!! Today I took charge and set boundaries! I am so proud I left on time and came home to spend time with my son and completed a QW Workout!! Boundaries!! Goals!! My first!!! My son first!!! Health first!! Mental health First!!

I have joined many challenges and for some reason this one is different! After a long relationship and being cheated on has hit me harder then ever! Healing has been a challenge for me! Tomorrow starts a new day!

I was not feeling the before pictures either! I started the mommy make over challenge and 3 weeks into it I get so sick with acid reflux!! I am much better now. So time to get back on track. I turn 45 God willing in July if 2024 and I want to be in the best health I can be!! Let’s get it in!! Queen!! I live in Florida!! We can do this.. I know that I cannot eat any spicy foods so I will need to tweak the recipes.. good luck to you..
