Get it in. That’s a good thing.. try some muscle recovery powder. I use the naked one and it helps a lot. Hydration also!!

Just completed my first QW workout in months after returning! Felt so dam good. Although I was only able to do 30 minutes of the live. I am thankful!! 😌 my son completed it with me! Yayyy! He says I like this mom. … tomorrow I will fit in another 30 minutes until I am able to do a full hour 3 times a day which was the plan! It’s okay! 👍 we did it Queens!! 👸 we feel amazing!! I straight up needed this today!!
