This week has set me back. That’s all it is a set back. I woke up yesterday AM with so much pain in my throat. Damm strep throat! 😔😔 A minor set back. Have to heal for hopefully a week and return, however still being able to choose healthy eating, I’ll take that as a Winn 🙌🏆. And lots and lots of tea and soup..😂😂 have a great Tuesday Queen!!

Started this on Monday. Today is my day 4. I am doing every other day because that’s what works for my schedule. I am thinking I would like to do more but for now I will focus on showing up and putting myself first.
