What helped me is reading, the affirmations, self care, also just like the other Queens yelling the enemy is a liar! You got this!! You can do this!! Okay so I have not been doing my daily and weekly routines of affirmations and mindset videos! This morning I said let me listing to catch up! Queens when I tell you this mindset made me 😭 cry! Man it was right on point! I have been feeling a lot of emotions lately and pain from my past! This helped me release a smal amount and by doing the work @jenniferzoga suggested I know I will be able to overcome and get through this!
