Okay so I have not been doing my daily and weekly routines of affirmations and mindset videos! This morning I said let me listing to catch up! Queens when I tell you this mindset made me 😭 cry! Man it was right on point! I have been feeling a lot of emotions lately and pain from my past! This helped me release a smal amount and by doing the work @jenniferzoga suggested I know I will be able to overcome and get through this! This was definitely what I needed to know where to begin my healing journey! Thank you 😊 @queenwarriors This is why I love my QW! ✨✨✨🥰💕💕

Going to start this tomorrow after work! Can’t wait to do this 4 weeks guided program!!
