Thank for this message! It’s true that 6 days ago I didn’t think I would love to wake up and open the QW app more than ever! I have noticed that if I don’t exercise my day is all over the place. If I miss my affirmations I feel lost. So yes Thank you for everything that you and the rest of the QW trainers do for us! 🥰🥰
