Having no coffee is a different kind of strength. I am doing coffee with collagen vanilla coconut flavor by Primal Kitchen. Sugar free. Still provides flavor.

Hey Queens! I tried this workout on Friday and could not complete it. I saved it to my favorites because I was determined to complete this workout. I got up this morning put this replay on and I did it. I completed it. Chasity had me walking around like Debo all day. Those arms and shoulders was right 💪
