Today I moved and enjoyed with no breaks.

I am struggling this week ladies. It's that time of the month and I am so drained. I have to shake this off 😩

My phone won't let me post my pictures of my post workouts, smh. I am saving my pics and as soon as I figure this out I will be posting. But today I did HIT and Power Live with Chasity.

Yvona is no joke. I feel so strong and good. I followed it with her HIT class.

Ended January good by completing dry month (no alcohol). Working out 3 days a week. February goals is to complete 3 days of QW workouts, and 1-2 days of gym. Also want to try meal prepping.

Started my week with a HITT and a side of Power. I completed four days of workout. I did not want to get out the bed this morning. Fabiana voice popped in my head saying come on Queen you got this. I got up and put that work in. I feel good ☺️
