Ended January good by completing dry month (no alcohol). Working out 3 days a week. February goals is to complete 3 days of QW workouts, and 1-2 days of gym. Also want to try meal prepping.
Started my week with a HITT and a side of Power. I completed four days of workout. I did not want to get out the bed this morning. Fabiana voice popped in my head saying come on Queen you got this. I got up and put that work in. I feel good ☺️
