Can’t go wrong with starting with a mat and a pair of dumbbells (light weight that’s comfortable but slightly challenging for you)

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. It’s like that for me. Been feeling the same lately and just tried catching Fabi’s 1 hour HIIT workout and could only get halfway through before breaking down (literally). But that’s enough for me to know I’m trying and pushing myself… also hoping to complete second 1/2 tomorrow. Baby steps / small bites

Over the weekend I didn’t do too good — 1 workout but a lot of junk food. Takeout and ice cream! But this is a reminder to count the small victories and move past the hiccups.

I got my 12 lb. Dumbbells to have the perfect in between to my current 5 and 20 lb sets! Excited to jump back from my craving indulgences this weekend 💪🏼

I would also like to know but think it may be genetics. For example I have hip dips and when I try looking into it, it states it comes down to anatomy and genetics

My sister has the same early RA diagnosis. This year she started trying to prioritize stretching or some form of exercise + diet too. It is making a difference for her overall. She used to be a ballerina so she got slippers off Amazon to inspire herself. She does modified ballet stretches. Do what motivates and works for you and keep going! You are so strong 💪🏼
