Over the weekend I didn’t do too good β€” 1 workout but a lot of junk food. Takeout and ice cream! But this is a reminder to count the small victories and move past the hiccups.

I got my 12 lb. Dumbbells to have the perfect in between to my current 5 and 20 lb sets! Excited to jump back from my craving indulgences this weekend πŸ’ͺ🏼
