Personal favorite forms / activities for self care? Self love is the best love!

For breakfast I’ll make a ton of breakfast burritos (spinach wrap with turkey bacon, scrambled egg, hashed brown, shredded cheese… all cooked) and freeze them in vacuum sealed bags. Another breakfast one is egg muffins (literally omelets but baked in a tin like you would muffins)

Coach! The 1st half of this workout had my dying but as soon as towards the end you said “go on autopilot” that was it for me 🔥 we made it !!

I did this replay and girl 🔥 today next day, my butt is sore! Not the legs just this booty which tells me we really did target it and did the thang! Love it.
