One day at a time Queen. What has helped me sometimes is to add in one or 2 things to my daily routine until it becomes a habit to keep from feeling overwhelmed trying to do it all. Give yourself some grace! Since you just had a baby and are just returning to work maybe focus more on healthy eating. Eating healthy can help physically and mentally! 🙏🏽💖 You'll get to where you want to be just keep going no matter what, don't quit!
