Thanks for sharing, I'm definitely going to check it out. I haven't done one of her workouts yet, and upper body is my current focus.

The coaches are usually pretty good about showing modifications in the videos. I modify almost the time, especially anything where I have to jump! 😂 You got it Queen, you will still see results, just be consistent!
