Nola JohnD the badges say the number of classes but I don't think you get a badge unless it's done consecutively (I think). I have one from doing 7 days I've done many classes (way more than 7) but that's the only badge I've gotten so far.

I'm thinking it's 2/3 days. I skipped yesterday and I'm watching one of the mindset videos now and it's counted at a 5 day streak now.

Oh wow! I see what you are saying. Two classes should be counted for you when you do 2. - 30 min. I think it only clocks it day to day.

I pay yearly. How much is it now per month? Based on what I just paid for the year in February, that's a $100 increase. Do we get a discount when we pay the year in full? Seems reasonable to me for what we receive I just want to be aware of what the difference is. Would it include access to the nutrition classes or would that still be extra to add on?

My win for the week is making sure I still show up for myself no matter what else is going on in my life.

This week coming up I'm focusing on my water intake. I fall off on that sometimes and I am working on hitting my daily intake of water for a week straight. Especially because I work in a salon on weekends and it can be super hard to get my water in while I'm at work, so I definitely need to make sure I'm well hydrated Mon through Fri.

I'm celebrating by preparing myself for the week ahead. Getting meals and other things in order that will help me stay consistent.
