Tanya K just sent it over.

Brittney thanks 😊

I just sent it to you!

Grace Jones I am not sure if this is available anywhere for download. I got it when I first joined last year. If you give me your email I'll be happy to send it to you. 😊

Veronica Petite I found it and just sent it to you. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

I actually got this when I first signed up for QW. It was a PDF attachment with the email they sent. I will see if I can find it. If I do I'll let you know and email it to you if you don't mind.

Keep going! I've learned consistency is key. Sometimes it may take awhile for your body to get use to the new routine. May be check your diet too and see if you may need to make changes. My diet was a huge key factor and I'm still working on it. Also water intake. I don't know if you have access to the nutrition videos but check them out they have been very helpful. Wishing you all the best! 🙌🏽💖

Me too Queen! I turn 40 in August! 🙌🏽💜

Keep it going girl! 💜

Have you tried fruit infused water for some flavor?

🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Keep going Queen! You've got this!

Remain positive and no matter how many times you might have to stop to rest, reset, or readjust never quit! Give yourself some grace! 💜
