I did it by planning my workouts ahead of time. You can save videos to the calendar, so I would plan ahead. I made sure to do my workouts on the days and times I set. If I couldn't for whatever reason I made it up the next day as soon as possible. You have to discipline yourself and be willing to do it no matter what.
