I'm really excited about the gut health and anti bloat foods. I've been trying to learn anti inflammatory foods and focus on gut health. I bloat so easy, and get the tight trapped gas stomach ache often. I'm excited to learn and creat healthy habits

Another sweaty one with Coach Fabiana Fabi!!šŸ’ŖšŸ½ the mental clarity is EVERYTHING šŸ™ŒšŸ½. I was able to catch the second half and burned 208 calories! I really need to focus on my nutrition this week.
