I really loved and appreciated this segment. I struggled so long to accept the path to truly healing because I was so afraidcof losing myself. My identity was tied to my traumas and the depression and anger i had as a result of it. I was scared I wouldn't be me without it. I wanted to hold on to that anger and sadness because I felt like that was who I was. I've gotten help. I'm in a better place now, still struggle with depression but my traumas no longer define me. Thank you for this queen, it resonated on so many levels. 💖
