It will give you a run down of how to start. Classes are broken down by levels ( beginner, intermediate and advanced ). Classes are also broken down into categories ( upper body, full body, lower, glutes, core)

Each coach is great and brings their own personality to the workout. Some workouts require equipment ( power and barre) while HIIT workouts usually don’t ( maybe a resistance band). Coaches will give modifications if you don’t have the equipment or if you have physical restrictions like pregnancy. Coaches say to start with three 30 min workouts, and have guidance on diet. Welcome Queen! I joined back in April and have been loving it here! The coaches are great and each one brings their own personality to the workouts. If you don’t have equipment, coaches will offer modifications ( water bottle, pillow, soup cans etc) so you can still workout. Some workouts don’t need any equipment at all. The women here really uplift and motivate you, so don’t be scared to lean on the community.
