Morning! I add workouts to my calendar to keep me accountable and you can mark that you completed them as well. I also have playlists broken down into areas of videos I loved that burned calories and kicked my ass. On my app watch, I downloaded the QW app and when I start a workout on my phone, I hit start on my watch and it tracks heart rate, calories and time. Hope this helps!

Hey Queen! I have found a waist trainer to be helpful to cinch the waist in and lose some inches. It also helps me sweat more while working out so I feel like I’m burning more calories lol
