Welcome Queen! I joined back in April and have been loving it here! The coaches are great and each one brings their own personality to the workouts. If you don’t have equipment, coaches will offer modifications ( water bottle, pillow, soup cans etc) so you can still workout. Some workouts don’t need any equipment at all. The women here really uplift and motivate you, so don’t be scared to lean on the community.

Hi Queen, I’m so sorry you had a rough day. The most important part of the fitness journey are the habits you build. Drinking more water, walking, better food choices etc. everyday is a fresh start and the best results take time. Welcome Queen! I agree with Angela .. I only had 5lb weights and 3lbs plus some cloth booty bands I purchased years ago. I added heavier weights, the stepper and elastic bands. There are modifications for everything so if you don’t have weights coaches will say to use soup cans, bottle water detergent etc. . There are also workouts that don’t require any equipment. Either way.. you got this!🫶

Yes she does! Those workouts are not for the weak. Great work, queen!

The ankle weights make all the difference! I will never look at fire hydrants and donkey kicks the same without ankle weights, the Pilates mini ball and a resistance band on!
