They also send out the schedule for live classes- if you look in the calendar in the app you can see which workouts will be live and if you click on it you can join or catch the replay which is usually up the same day

It will give you a run down of how to start. Classes are broken down by levels ( beginner, intermediate and advanced ). Classes are also broken down into categories ( upper body, full body, lower, glutes, core)

Each coach is great and brings their own personality to the workout. Some workouts require equipment ( power and barre) while HIIT workouts usually don’t ( maybe a resistance band). Coaches will give modifications if you don’t have the equipment or if you have physical restrictions like pregnancy. Coaches say to start with three 30 min workouts, and have guidance on diet.
