Replay today. challenged myself with weights in each round and i made round 3 40 seconds of each exercise. such a good burn

Replay today.. such a great workout! the sweat is dripping. 

sweat is real!! one of my ankle weights came undone during plank jacks..still kept going and strapped it up for the next round lol

Came back again. made sure i did another round of the dumbell circuit and before the cooldown did some donkey kicks. sweat is all over
