Hey Queens! Hope you are having a wonderful day! So today instead of waiting for the Mr to go to the gym, I decided to just do what I know ABSOLUTELY works for me and that is getting my OWN workout done on my time at home…. I love going to the gym with him but he’s just not as consistent as I need to be for myself. Sometimes I feel like he be trying to sabotage me, idk. Hi Queens! I’m baaacck! Not ending the year man down. Today I did 35 mins of Coach Chasity’s HITT 10/17. Being down for 13 days was rough but I listened to my body to rest and repair. I am SO READY for what 2024 has in store💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 More growth, more gains, more progress and more blessings!
