Hey Queens! Finished my workout, been a little unmotivated latelyโ€ฆ. I was making progress but I see that I put on some of the weight that I loss which is frustrating. The negative is real loud in my head right now.
Queens, what do you all do to get yourself back in the game when you fall off?
