I need an accountability partner for the next challenge. I’m a wife and a mother of a 3 year old with a disability. I’m a supervisor at work and active in my sorority. By the time I get home, I have to find the strength put my workout clothes on. Some days I’m motivated to do it especially when my husband tells me “Babe, you need to do your workout, I got Ashton.”🥰But other days my lupus makes me feel terrible and lazy.
I want to be healthy, fit with a big booty and an ab or 2😜….that’s not too much to ask 🤷🏾♀️

Listen Aimee Johnson played NO games with that first half upper core workout! Got me here trying to over medicate on allergy meds to NOT sneeze 🤣. I had to miss the 2nd half but running that first half back again on my lunch break!

Summer time is around the corner and it’s time we get serious about our workouts !! I was thinking as to why we reach the goals we set for ourselves during this journey and the reality is that , we truly just don’t take this journey serious. We have become super casual about since we have the ability to go back and forth ( eating like crap/ to eating healthy ) ( moving/ to just finding a reason to not workout )
I share this because lately I’ve caught myself, complain about my results, but I have to be honest with myself and remind myself that I dont always take my own journey serious !
So I am here to remind you that if YOU WANT TO SEE RESULTS…. You have to make this journey INTENTIONAL ! Every workout MATTERS !!! Every meal COUNTS… stop finding a reason TO NOT WORKOUT instead find a reason TO CONTINUE TO PUSH AND DO YOUR WORKOUT .
Do the thing, tired/ sleepy, but do them darn thing !!! WE DESERVE TO BE HEALTHY AND FEEL GOOD.
