This week I had to change up my days to Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I am thinking of adding the glute and abs workout in the am before I get ready for work. π€πͺπΌππ₯π₯°
Took a rest day today after Coach Samβs workout, still stayed active and still feeling the burn π₯

Lately I have been looking at myself like ugh π©. I donβt like my stomach. I want it to go away already! Then I remember my body gave birth to 2 kids. I have to give myself grace. Some people canβt have babies. Working in healthcare put life into perspective! Makes you realize that small simple things matter!! So please, give yourself grace, be patient, love yourself, accept the things as they not for what it should be and work hard towards your goal to be where you want to be!!
