Hi everyone! I’m new here. I have lost weight and now desperately need to tone and get strong again. I’m 50 (will be 51 in December) and I’m ready to get back to feeling (and looking) good.
Does anyone know if there is a way for me to find other programs that she has done? I was hoping to start with a 30 minute program to ease in to it. (I saw there are other videos, but I want to follow a program like the summer shred).
