Accountability check in:

I completed Day 4 of the booty blaster course with Fabiana and had to revisit Coach Jamila live from yesterday. That upper body workout was too good. I worked until the thirty minute mark then I jumped into a thirty minute beginner workout with Coach Jamila. I am pushing for 6 days this weeks and my rest day will be spent with Jennifer or Alexis.

Let’s go Queens!!!

**I have to get back to the accountability posts. I will continue to check in daily and let you guys know that I’ve worked out today. When I posted every day for thirty days it gave me a reason, more than just myself, to keep pushing.

So, I’m participating in the #LYC but I am going to continue showing up for workouts beyond the 3-4 a week.

Right now for my own mental health I realize I need to check in and workout with Queen Warriors daily. 5-6 days a week working out and on my rest day I will spend the hour I would of worked out with Coach Alexis and Jennifer Daniela Zoga

I have to utilize the tools I have been given through Queen Warriors and I WILL BE UNSTOPPABLE!!!

I have to remember I am here for ME I am here for my BOYS!

Happy Friday !!! Just completed 12/18/23 HIIT w Coach Jamila if you are on the fence and not in the mood to workout tonight go do this workout because that was me 30mins ago and I’m happy I did it. Have a great weekend πŸ‘‘ ❀️❀️

Comparison is a thief of joy. My journey is mine

I ran home a little early from work because I wanted to experience a live session and even though I showed up late I was able to catch a little bit of Coach Alexis speak on menopause.. I will watch the replay when I hop in bed and while I was cooking dinner for my boys I joined Coach Jamila first live back from postpartum! I dipped in when I could and I circled back to complete the workout *I started from the beginning. No cutting corners* once I got the boys to bed. I even squeezed in a ten minute booty blaster course with Fabiana and mindset coaching with Jennifer Daniela Zoga

I refused to have a repeat of yesterdays sad girl vibes so I fully immersed myself today. Reading your responses, my fellow queens, really helped get me there today! Thank you again for all of the love and support and I am so thankful for this space and community!!! Oh, lastly I stuck to the diet and logged my food!

Ran to Five below. Let's do this Queens! I have the 5 lb kettle ball but needed the next size up. I got the 2 lb and 3lb dumbbells. Picked up the 4lb. Little by little baby! Let's go!

Lunch prep 4 oz ground beef 85 percent lean , 1/2 brown rice , California veggies !! Love this tupaware from goodful got it in Amazon , helps me create a balance meal and locks in tight no leaking .. for snack I am taking Greek yogurt with flaxseed on top for a crunch !
