Hi queens, so I am usually not a fan of posting my progress because I’m definitely not where I want to be. I know I can do better. However, I have been feeling stuck lately. I have lost about 30lbs and I am a point where I’m not seeing a change or maybe it’s me. I joined QW a few years ago but decided to take it serious almost a year ago. It has been a huge help in my life and on this journey of self love, but I feel I need an extra kick. So I decided to join my very first QW challenge in hopes to get me to that next level of progress I’m looking for. The first photo in the orange bathing suit was in 2022. I was almost 200lbs about 193lbs to be exact and a size 12-14 The biggest I have ever been. I was lost, depressed, but always tried to hide that with false confidence. I am now around 163 and can wear a size 6-8. My weight and shape definitely fluctuates especially since I started to take creatine in these last couple of months, so I am trying to control that as well. Praying this challenge gives me what I need to finally kick it up a notch! The other photos are my progress from Jan, March and a few days ago. I will be posting newer photos for the challenge via the link tomorrow. Thank you guys for allowing me to be vulnerable and open in a safe space. Good morning beautiful πŸ‘‘! Just completed Coach Jamila’s Tuesday replay. Omg! What a great workout! I will definitely be feeling it tomorrow πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻Thank you for the motivational words about somedays being in a funk and not wanting to do anything, well yesterday was that day for me and I skipped my workout. I felt guilty all day, but you reminded me that it’s ok.
