Hi Queens!

I was looking for a 30 min and remembered Coach Yvonaโ€™s Barre!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ thanks to Coach Chasity saying sheโ€™s doing a workout a day for the month of May, I decided to do the same!

Good afternoon Besties! I woke up on the lazy side of the bed. I watched the time go by and finally decided to get up and work out I said I was going to just get on the stepper then decided to do "Barre with Yvona Replay 10:30 AM ET (12/06)" that 30 min workout encouraged me to get on the stepper and I needed up doing 1 hour instead of my initial thought of just doing 30 mins.๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…

Hi Queens.

Hope youโ€™re all okay. I know the news of Coach Raven leaving us is very sad. I guess she has to move on the the next chapter of her wonderful life, we were blessed to have been part of this one. Her energy made working out easy and fun. I hope we all take a little bit of that energy with us as we continue on our own amazing path to the next chapter of our lives.

We have Fabiana, Jennifer and so many amazing coaches here I know we will be ok. I follow Coach Raven and Coach Yvona on Instagram to stay connected ๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž.

Today, a Queen ๐Ÿ‘‘ posted asking what books are we reading, I shared one, then I went on YouTube and found the whole book on audio!

๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ก I had an idea! Maybe this book/audio can help those who are sad about Coach Raven stay positive and bring a little joy and an abundance of blessings!!

Thatโ€™s what the book is about the blessings already in our lives and how to receive them.

Hi Queens!

Just saw this: A Pilates class on Friday! Thank you Fabiana! โค๏ธ

As a massage therapist Queens every time I have a healthy, fit client I find out they practice Yoga, Pilates or spinning. Itโ€™s more than the exercise itโ€™s a lifestyle that comes with these exercises and a motto, my body is my temple, which means they treat their body with respect, itโ€™s also a body, mind and soul practice.

Some people are born into households with discipline some of us werenโ€™t but itโ€™s never to late to try and make these changes.

In 2019 I weighed 119lbs. I was going to a gym taking Pilates, Yoga, Spinning & HIIT classes! During Covid I stopped going to the gym.. I was also entering my 50s, I gained 20lbs during the pandemic years. I always dream of one day hitting 130 if not lower but itโ€™s yet to happen. However, I have accepted myself at this weight because with Queen Warriors help I am still maintaining and not gaining more.

Add Pilates and Yoga to your workout routine and see if you love the results.
