I have a question, so when Iām doing in and outs (the core exercise) my lower back muscles are killing me. Iām just wondering am I doing them wrong? I try to keep my core engaged and keeping my chest open but it still hurts. Iām open to any suggestions or advice. Thank You ā¤ļø
Hey guys I have a question. Are the queen warrior work outs design to make your booty rounder and bigger? Iām just curious because when I was looking up how to build a booty it says a barbell is highly recommended because you can go higher with weights.
