Month 2 update: I lost 5.5 pounds this month. I challenged myself in new ways by finishing coach sables boxing classes and doing some HITT workouts. As for eating habits, I've continued eating less carbs. In place of carbs I've incorporated more protein, vegetables, and fruits. Thankfully, the balance has been helping me to feel more full and energized through this journey so far. Maybe I'll post some recipes soonπŸ‘©β€πŸ³πŸ˜‹

It’s been about about 2 weeks I haven’t worked out. I have been feeling bloated ,uncomfortable, and irritated. I remembered how good these work out made me feel. I needed to forget everything around me & focus on what makes me feel better. Working out was the 1st on the list. ❀️ πŸ‹οΈ

So I am back. My last workout was June 25th 😩 The summer schedule took me out with kids at home, traveling etc!! It can all be excuses πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ but today I decided to show up and press play! πŸ’ͺ🏽

I am re-starting with the 10 days of stretch with Coach Raven.

I also decided to eat healthy this morning as well.

Queens!!! Happy Wednesday!!! My second day of working out. I was so happy to do my weekly weigh in and see I am finally out of the 260 club. Started off 267 in February, now 259. Slow and steady. Now its up from here, but the weight to move down.
