I was hungry but didn’t want anything specific or big so I added chocolate plant based protein powder with water and a scoop of peanut butter to plain cashew yogurt, mixed it in a blender and added peaches, blueberries and peanuts. It was a perfect snack before dinner.
1st workout in months! I just completed Fabi’s Monday HIIT and booty blaster! So proud of myself! I was suppose to go to the gym but it feels good to workout in the comfort of my home!! Time to cook!
