Some days are so difficult and feel defeating. I’m a single mom of four, working two jobs as a nurse, in my last class to graduate with my NP license. My physical and mental health has been the last priority for a bit now. I just recently restarted ballet lessons and now restarting QW. How do you juggle it all and make time for yourselves?

Week 3 - Day 1 | Full-Hour ...
I don’t know about anyone else but I really love the collections and on demand QW has. For One it makes it easy for me to figure out what I’m going to do for the week. And two, I put it in my head as if it is a “challenge”. It pushes me to finish the whole 4 weeks and not miss any days. Also, I started adding in a 30 minute hiit workout before each power workout. For example if I know that day during my “challenge” I’m doing a full body power workout. I’ll do a full body hiit workout.
It would be cool if QW started doing challenges a month long. If you’re like me it makes me really push myself to workout and give it my ALL!

Today was my first workout. I love it here! I haven’t found anything like this. I have 100lbs to lose, so pray for me ladies… I have a long journey ahead of me. I am committed to becoming and walking in my Power. Today I learned from Coach Jamila that my journey is my journey. So glad to be here. ❤️
