Queens! Itβs Motherβs Day week, and I have a special power workout planned for you today.
- At 7:30pm we have a special edition βBaby and Meβ power workout, where my 6-month old baby girl will join me and weβll explore Mommy/Baby friendly exercises together.
- At 8pm my son Judah will join us for a high energy workout. I always say, if you give my son a stage - heβll give you a show π€£
