Hey everyone!
I'm a brand new user, trying to join the Spring Love Yourself challenge but I have no idea how. The user face of this app is kind of confusing. I see the challenge intro video which is about 2 minutes long, but nothing after that. If anyone could provide any help I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you :]

Hi ladies!

Super excited to start the new challenge but I have a quick question- where or how do we sign up to the private group that comes along with it.🥲? I signed up the very day it was announced but haven’t seen anything else. I don’t want to miss anything 🥹 Thanks in advance for the help 🩷✨

You nominated them and we heard you!!!
We cannot wait for you to hear and witness their transformation and their stories!!
You women are everything!
Who’s joining Tuesday Night at 7:30pm EST

So happy I joined this community. I just completed the fab abs workout. I feel amazing. With a busy schedule 10 mins of abs and running for 30 minutes on a elliptical. I am so happy I don’t need to leave my house 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

First one of the week done! 🫶🏽🙌🏽💪🏽🥵

Wooey! I tend to slip up on the weekend and I said not today! Missing coach Sammi so pulled up one of her booty blaster videos and it was quite the challenge! Y'all need to do this one! 🍑 🔥

Hello Queens!

I'm interested in the Love Yourself Challenge. Can anyone tell me how I can join? The links take me to sign up to be QW but I already am. I'm not sure if it's automatic for current members or how to get the "before" & "after" images for pictures.

Thank you🤍

Hey Queens!!
When do we have to submit the before pictures for the challenge?

Found these ankle weights at Marshall’s for $12. They’re adjustable 💪🏽🏋🏻‍♀️

As I submitted the pics for challenge, as many of us just like myself are
looking at them like “ugh” lets be kind to ourselves! happy sunday ladies! few days away and I am sooo ready!!
