Happy Friday!!!! I got up and worked out. One thing about Queen Warriors I can never get bored with the coaches workout. They DON'T PLAY AT ALL!!! Coach Jamila came in with the bats swinging. You see me side eyeing her in the first pic ππ. But I feel good. Have a good weekend queens!!!

Day three of workout!!! Feeling good and proud of myself for showing up. Some days are hard, but once we are in the workout it feels good to push through!!! πͺ π₯°
Hey ladies. I am about a month in. I have not done 3 workouts a week as I planned but did 1 or 2 a week. Trying to get into a routine again. This week I have not worked out at all as I have been packing my daughter up to move her back to college. I am in school myself and classes and my internship will begin again and of course got to work to pay the bills. Sometimes it's so overwhelming to try to fit everything in that I end up doing nothing at all. I so desperately want to feel good about how I look but am having trouble committing I guess.

Something I do is always have a case of protein shakes and granola bars available in my household. Something quick for me to grab throughout the week, without prep needed. Im not someone who typically sits down to enjoy breakfast as I'm always on the go. So that helps take care of my breakfast alot lately.
