Hi ladies! I am new here. This is my first day and I’ve been looking at all the reviews in the before and Afters and I am hopeful that this is the place for me!

I LOVED the LYC Spring edition. Definitely doing the next one! Something about having each day mapped out for me made a difference. Was suffering with vertigo the last week so I haven’t completed it yet, I’ve been doubling up, one in the am then one in the pm. I don’t know which coach to pick because I love both and they both bring the 🔥Leaning towards Coach Ray because while I’m cursing her out, she’s making me laugh and I feel great after the workout 🥰

The results from my 6 week challenge… I am not a Mom but looked like one, thanks to this challenge 🙌🏼 I have lost most of my belly and gained a butt! I am 52 and my body started changing with no hope in sight until this LYC Spring Challenge. Queen Warriors works if we show up for ourselves in the kitchen 🥗 and the mat 💪🏼.
I can’t wait to see myself this summer!

Good evening ladies! So sad today is the last day of the LYC spring challenge. I really enjoyed this challenge and pushed myself through it. Cannot wait for LYC summer challenge to start🎊enjoy the weekend!

Second challenge the first one i quit after a week and that was an 8 week challenge. Im looking forward to this. On vacation next week so ill definitely get my pics in next week.
