Happpppppy build a booty Monday! I think my cheeks fell off during :
11/14/23 power hour glutes and lower body with Sammi
2/9/24 advanced booty blaster lower body with Raven
7/22/24 replay HIIT lower body with Raven
All workouts are added to my favorites and burned these buns.. added in a 3.54 mile walk for cardio.

Hi Queens. Just purchased the one year today. Lost over 100lbs on the past but life caught up, had another baby, got married and was stressed and put 75 lbs back on post baby. Ready to get myself back again.

Happy Soulful Sunday! Focused on Upper Body today and did:
2/29/24 HIIT upper body core with Sammi ( added this one to favorites.. such a🔥)
5/31/24 advanced power upper body with Raven
Although my arms and core were on 🔥🔥, I enjoyed the rest of my day with cleaning and now relaxing in bed until housewives come on😂

So excited last night, I came home to my package. My beautiful necklaces. I will wear them proudly because of what “Queen Warrior”, stands for and the hard work that Fabiana Ferrarini did to get this platform started and create this amazing community for women. The coaches have been such a huge part of my journey and have all become my sisters in many ways. Making time for yourself is so rewarding!! ✨

yoga, kickboxing, glute hour circuits--where are all the old but good workouts???????? where did they go and how can we get them back. it seems that as if we didnt save them to our favorites then they disappeared..
