Woke up doing Chasity workouts to doing my walk right after,(finish short cause of the rain)then right into work at 2:30pm, made it home at 10pm and got right into doing Fabiana 1 hour workout. I am so beat!!!! But since the beginning of the LYS challenge I haven’t stopped, I been pushing myself. Fitness is therapy for me. 💪🏼🫶🏻🧘🏻‍♀️
