Hey ladiessss. Preparing my body for this challenge next week. Starting slow but Iām here!!! Is anyone else ready to tackle this challenge?
My 11year old son saw me working out and asked can boys do it to...lol and I told him working out is working out and he did day 2 abs work out...10 minutes later am gonna feel this tomorrow

Yallllllll week 3 day 2 almost there!! Not only Iām finding myself accelerating more into the workouts but I feel more stronger that Iām able to have self control of my weight. Slowly and surely things are coming along for the better!!!

Completed my 1st Barre class of the week with Yvona Gonzalez this was last Fridays class & It just made me remember how much I love the small slow movements what a beautiful practice thanks for sharing your love for Barre & it's benefits like focusing on our feet/ankles that go so overlooked on the daily until we're forced to give it attention I don't want to be given a rude reminder so I'm up for the challenge of incorporating Barre back into my workouts love you my fellow ā š š
