True story, Fabi’s post “ don’t train with me if you don’t want your 🍑 to get phat” . Y’all I can’t believe this is my booty ! And still in progress. Feeling sluggish this week since last week my schedule was all off since I was at a work conference in Vegas for most of the week. Was able to do my 3 workouts and average 12000 steps a day . Had to take a pic to motivate myself again These subtle changes are just what I needed. I was feeling guilty not putting in my usual 4-5 days. On to week 4 day 1!


Lately I don’t check the scale, I just go straight to work! 💪🏽 I’m finally wearing the confidence!
I am grateful for the amazing women who have shown us the routine and discipline for the body we set goals for in Queen Warriors 🩷💚 Each Coach is different and brings so much radiance in their own way. Came to the mall to buy a cute outfit for a concert and store after store I became more frustrated and depleted because I couldn’t find anything that would make me feel sexy or hot. I know it’s dumb but I just left empty handed and my ego deflated. I’m disappointed in myself because I swore I wouldn’t do this yourself again and I would just enjoy the shopping experience but nothing fits like it used to and I just want to cry honestly. I know we are supposed to be accountable and positive but this is where I’m at right now. Plus side I’m more determined than before to workout on Monday ❤️❤️
I’m struggling this week, y’all.
It’s my first week. I hadn’t done much yet until yesterday when I walked on my walking pad for 40 minutes. This morning, I tried to do a couple of videos today but I couldn’t get past ten minutes. It’s hard on my inner hips and elbows and lower back lol I feel like I failed myself today. Trying my best to meet my calorie burn goal. It’s so hard, I feel hopeless.
I guess I’m wondering what videos are best to start with. And how do you all get energy? I can’t do caffeine at all and I’m always tired

I’m so proud of myself for pushing through this LYC. I dropped off on the last week due to family issues but this is the furthest I’ve gotten to finishing a LYC. I definitely didn’t expect to see the results I’m seeing and it gives me the motivation to keep pushing. I told myself I would be under 200lbs by my birthday in March but I wasn’t. I was starting to give up on myself again but I’m glad I didn’t. I know it sounds cliché but consistency is key! Workout no matter your mood and I promise at the end you’ll feel better. Making time for yourself is always worth it! I’m so ready for the next LYC!

Good morning Queens! I haven’t been a part of the community this week, but I’ve done two workouts on my own and about to jump in and do HIIT dance workout! Haven’t been feeling to hot! Some movement is better then no movement! Have a great weekend ladies!!
I have a question about the workouts and I hope this does not sound silly but are the power workouts the same thing as resistance training?
